Terms of sale

These terms apply to every purchase from Backdoor Suppliers (“we”, “us”). By completing checkout you agree to them.

What we sell

We sell digital information products: a personal access code issued per order, PDF category guides describing the brands and sourcing types a catalogue covers and how to order, and a separate digital guide. Your access code entitles you to request the catalogue for the categories you unlocked from our sourcing contact. We do not sell goods, hold stock, or act as agent for any supplier.

Suppliers are independent

Catalogues are supplied through a single sourcing contact to protect supplier identities. The businesses supplying stock are independent of us. Catalogue prices, availability, minimum order quantities, delivery and payment terms are set by them and may change without notice. Any contract for goods is between you and the supplying business. We vet suppliers and remove any who misrepresent stock, but we are not responsible for their performance.

Genuine goods

Stock offered through our catalogues comes from returns, verified liquidation, grey-market imports and authorised wholesale channels. We do not knowingly deal with sellers of counterfeit or replica goods. If you encounter one, report it to support@backdoorsuppliers.com and we will investigate.

Licence and personal use

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the access code and guides for your own reselling business. You may not share, resell, publish or redistribute the guides, the sourcing contact or your access code. Codes are tied to your order and every guide is stamped with your details; shared codes may be revoked.

Delivery

Delivery is immediate. Your access code and download links are shown after payment and emailed to the address you provide. Links expire after 30 days, but fresh links and your code are always available from your order page. Catalogue requests sent to our sourcing contact are normally answered within a few hours during UK daytime; this is a target, not a guarantee.

Refunds

See our refund policy. In short: because delivery is instant, you agree at checkout that your statutory cooling-off right ends once the download begins. We replace or refund individual contacts that do not work.

No income guarantee

Reselling results depend on your decisions, effort and market conditions. Nothing on this site is a promise of income or profit.

Trade marks

Brand names on this site identify the kind of stock the catalogues contain. They belong to their owners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any brand, or to Vinted, eBay, Depop or any marketplace.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Who we are

Backdoor Suppliers is operated by REPLACE: your legal or trading name, REPLACE: your business address, United Kingdom.

Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, nothing in them affects your statutory rights. If you have a complaint, email support@backdoorsuppliers.com and we will respond within 5 working days. Consumers in the UK may also contact Citizens Advice.
