What we collect

When you buy, Stripe collects your name, email, billing country and payment details to process the payment. We receive your name, email and the products you bought. We do not see or store card numbers.

How we use it

• To deliver your downloads and send your receipt.
• To answer support requests and handle refunds.
• To send occasional updates about list refreshes. You can unsubscribe from any email.

Who else sees it

Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email) and Vercel (hosting). Each processes data under its own privacy terms. We do not sell personal data.

Cookies and analytics

The site itself sets no tracking cookies. Stripe's checkout uses cookies required for fraud prevention. If we add analytics, this page will say so.

Who is responsible

The data controller is REPLACE: your legal or trading name, REPLACE: your business address, United Kingdom, reachable at support@backdoorsuppliers.com.

Retention and your rights

Order records are kept for as long as we are required to for tax and accounting purposes. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data by emailing support@backdoorsuppliers.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle it, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
